On a day-to-day basis, he works as Manager of the international database team at CAE Flight Services Poland. Together with his team he supports dozens of teams of developers, testers, implementers and technical support staff. A fan of query optimisation and exploring SQL Server Internals. Professionally involved with databases and SQL Server in particular since 2010.
