Natalia has been actively involved in the DAMA Poland community for many years, promoting best practices in data management and supporting organizations in addressing complex data-related challenges; following the most recent elections, she serves on the Board. Professionally, she is a manager in the Data, Digital Solutions & AI team at PwC and an expert in the areas of Data Management and AI governance.
She has extensive experience in leading data initiatives end to end — from concept to implementation — combining business and technology perspectives. She specializes in building data domains, developing data products, and delivering Data Mesh initiatives and data function transformations. Holding certifications from leading data management tools and platform providers, she effectively connects strategy, process, and technical practice, acting as a trusted partner for business leaders.
