Matt is an edutainer who has been sharing his knowledge and experience running conferences, workshops, and lectures both in the US and in Europe for over a decade.
He has inspired participants of multiple business conferences both in Europe and United States. He has worked with companies such as Metlife, Adidas, Commercial Union among many others. He has also spoken at Wharton Business School, Columbia, and Yale.
He passionately transfers the newest psychological and neuroscience discoveries into business using his own “energizing us” concept.
During his workshops he shows his participants how to: build energy (both their own and their teams), strengthen resilience to cope with job and life challenges. Matt helps companies, organizations and individuals to grow and flourish.
In addition to his training experience, Matt is an entrepreneur and an effective manager experienced in building international teams and managing international projects. He brought Polish IT companies to US market.
He has his law degree from University of Silesia in Poland. He also has MBA’s degrees in Marketing and Management (both MBAs from Pace University in New York).
Matt sailed across the Atlantic Ocean, finished the New York Marathon and several triathlons, he’s even climbed Mont Blanc
